Project proposal :
I wanted to create tangible form of typography such as this.
However, I need to use 3D printer, which our school has one in Hexagram Lab,
in order to create something like this. But, it was complicated to
get a permission from them since lab is only open for graduate student.
On the other hand, I was having an experiment with augmented reality,
and I thought it would be better idea if I could transform my type
into some kind of tangible looking form.
So i tried AR-media plugin for google sketchup, but I could only be able to use
AR plugin for 30sec since it is a trial version. Also, I wanted to have some
animation for my AR object, but plugin does not support for animation yet.
In the end, I will create nicely designed 3D type form for AR, and try to
make suitable theme for my project.
